Welcome to the Practice Lifestyle Medicine Event!
We are thrilled to invite you to the Practice Lifestyle Medicine event, taking place from 12th to 14th December at The Hotel, Brussels, Belgium. This special gathering, hosted by the European Lifestyle Medicine Organisation (ELMO) in collaboration with the Belgian Lifestyle Medicine Organisation (BELMO), will bring together experts and professionals from the field of lifestyle medicine to explore the latest insights and advancements.
As a valued graduate of the ELMO Certificate, you are at the heart of this event. We have designed the program with you in mind, offering:
- Trainings in developing more practical skills
- Self-care ateliers
- An experience of meeting in person, and this time in Brussels, Belgium
Our event will feature 30 inspiring speakers, 22 interactive workshops (working groups), and 6 self-care ateliers, alongside thoughtfully curated networking experiences—such as a welcome cocktail, delicious lunches, dinner, and a guided tour of Brussels. Plus, you’ll have the chance to explore one of Europe’s most celebrated Christmas markets!

Participation Fees
Members are defined as individuals who provide proof of up-to-date payment of the membership fee for the year 2024. Details regarding membership fee payments can be found at: https://www.eulm.org/fees-payment-options.

Registration fee includes:
- Access to the event venue;
- Badge, participation kit, and a mini-brochure with a brief scientific program;
- Access to coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Cocktail (12th of December) and Dinner (13th of December)
- Online participation document with 10.5 CME credits issued by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME)

Registration fee includes:
- Access to the event online platform- presentations, debates and one workshop per roundtable, leaded by the moderator of the debate;
- Online participation document with 10.5 CME credits issued by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME)
Cancellations, Refunds, Change, Replacement of participant
Cancellation of registration until 15.11.2024
Refund of registration fee for cancellation notification received before 15 November 2024. All refunds processed, would be subject to taxes, as may be applicable.
Cancellation of registration starting from 15.11.2024
No refunds will be issued for the participation fee after November 15, 2024.
Reimbursement of registration fees
Refunds for canceled registrations (as per the terms above) will be processed within 60 days after the event concludes.
Change / replacement of participant
A fee of 50 euro / participant will be applied for any change or replacement.
Deadline for change/replacement
01.12.2024. After this date, no changes or substitutions will be accepted. Requests for changes or replacements should be made in writing and sent via email to: belmo@eventrium.ro Requests for registration changes and participation fee refunds must be submitted in writing to the official conference address: belmo@eventrium.ro .
